Ordering & Payments
Q: How do I apply a discount code? To use your code at checkout:

Select your favorite beauty and wellness items and click "Add to Cart."

On mobile: Tap "Show order summary" at the top, enter your code, and click the arrow.

On desktop: Enter your code in the "Discount code" field on the right side of the payment page.

Your total will update automatically before you complete the purchase.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? We offer a variety of secure payment options:

Q: How much is the shipping fee? Our standard worldwide shipping fee is $5.99 USD. We occasionally run promotions for free shipping—stay tuned to our newsletter! The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship to beauty lovers worldwide! Barellique operates through a global network of fulfillment centers to ensure your products reach you as efficiently as possible.
Q: How long does shipping take? Our estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after processing. Quality takes time, and we want to ensure your products are handled with care.
Q: How can I track my order? Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your shipment’s progress at www.17track.net.
Q: I only received part of my order. Why? Don’t worry! To get your items to you faster, products may be dispatched in separate packages from different specialized warehouses. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.
Product & Safety (Beauty & Wellness)
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin? We strive to offer high-quality, gentle formulas. However, everyone's skin is unique. We highly recommend checking the ingredient list on the product page and performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use.
Q: Where can I find the usage instructions? Detailed instructions are usually listed on the product page or included in the packaging. If you need more tips on how to incorporate a product into your wellness routine, feel free to email our support team.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Q: Can I change my shipping address or items in my order? This is extremely time-sensitive. Please contact us at support@barellique.com within 12 hours of placing your order with the subject line "Urgent: Order Change". Please include your Order Number and the specific changes needed. Once an order is in the fulfillment stage, we cannot guarantee changes.
Q: Can I cancel my order? If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can process a cancellation. Please note a small handling fee may apply. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Post-Delivery Issues
Q: My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item. What should I do? We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at support@barellique.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or a video of the damaged/incorrect item.

A photo of the shipping label on the package. We will review your case and send a replacement or offer a solution immediately.

Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation or tracking number. Please check your Spam/Junk folder first! If you still don't see it, contact us with the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend it to you.
