1. Getting Your Order Ready
Our team gets to work on your order right away! It usually takes us about 3 business days to double-check, pack, and hand off your package to our shipping partners.

Note: Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Timeframes & Rates
Once your order is on its way, you can typically expect delivery within 10-20 business days. We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD to our customers worldwide.

3. Tracking Your Package
You can follow every step of your package’s journey! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at:

(Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your code.)

4. Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don't worry, the rest is coming! To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship products in separate packages from different specialized warehouses. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package sent.

5. Need to Make a Change? (Time Sensitive!)
Whether you need to correct your shipping address or change an item size/color, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

A clear description of the change needed.

Note: Once an order is processed for shipment, we cannot guarantee any changes, but we will always do our best to help!

6. If a Delivery is Missed
If the delivery driver misses you, they will usually leave a notice or keep your package at the local post office. Please contact your local carrier with your tracking number as your first step.

Barellique is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the local office.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in Transit: If our investigation confirms your package is officially lost during its journey, we will send a replacement order free of charge.

Delivered Packages: Our policy does not cover packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking confirms a successful delivery. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

8. Where We Ship From
Barellique is owned by Arcadia Trading Inc, based in Illinois, USA. To provide you with the best prices and the freshest wellness products, we ship from our facilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the EU, as well as directly from our top-tier manufacturing partners.

By placing an order with Barellique, you agree to the following:

Estimated Times: Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier hiccups.

Customs & Duties: You, the buyer, are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country's authorities.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address. We are not liable for packages lost due to address errors.
